På fredag är det alltså dags! Dödselectro har premiär på Storan i Göteborg. Vi kommer att bjuda på en härlig oförglömlig kväll på lilla klubbscenen. Vi vill uppmärksamma electro-house musiken och ge er alla de franska genierna som verkligen vet hur ett modernt dansgolv anno 2009 ska låta. Sammtidigt som Niklas (den andra Niklas) kommer sköta de mest sprakande visuals för att verkligen ge våran vision liv. Med oss live har vi Owl Vision från Göteborg och Stay Ali som åker hit från Stockholm. Båda akter grymt etablerade inom den svenska electroscenen. This friday, club dödselectro premieres at Storan in Gothenburg. We will throw a wonderful unforgetable night for all the swedes out there. Our vision is to bring all the stuff we love from the french electro scene and throw crazy partys for everybody in Gothenburg, to bring the sound of the modern dance floors anno 2009 to this city. Performing live this night, Owl Vision and Stay Ali, both established acts in the swedish electro scene, for more info and some music from them visit their myspaces. Me and Niklas will dj, and Niklas (number 2) will bring our vision to life with visuals that’ll make it complete. We’re really looking forward to this and we hope it all goes well.

Oh Shit! are hard electro thrashers with the fattest, dirtiest basslines guaranteed to cause a riot on the dance floor. Add a spoon full of distortion and some lovin’ trash talk and you nail it on the head. If you don’t think ‘romance’ is rough enough for you, maybe the remix of 99Love’s ‘Flash That Skin’ is for you. This time, he has remixed Friendly Fires track Skeleton Boy and it’s so dope. I mean REALLY dope and addictive. So addictive, that it made me have it on repeat both yesterday and still is today. Besides being that, it’s increadibly beautiful! I cannot think of a better track to have as a soundtrack for saving the world. But that’s just my opinion and I know I’m kinda strange in some ways. But I bet you will love this one as much as I do!

EPIII is still pretty fresh and as awesome as expected. However, I personally would like to see a high quality release of the Stage 3 Club Remix we posted here some time ago. But no matter how great Danger is, I’m still left asking for even more. More of his raw awesome tunes. And more we get! 12h38, the latest addition to the Danger arsenal, has hit the Internet and now reached Dödelectro. And guess what? It’s made of concentrated awesome! Enjoy

Found ‘It was only a kiss’ as a free download, a track from their new EP, which name really defines their music: Apocalypse. They totally slipped me by until now, I heard about them, I just didn’t know they were this good.

Insta-buy on beatport, and here we are. Listen to their ‘her name was lola’ mixtape, and I’m sure you’ll want a piece of the chewy chocolate cookie as well. These brits, parisians, cookies are tight and I’m glad they sent me this mix, the Manilow doomsday apocalypse crossover gives me goosebumps everytime.
I’m a big fan of cat5, Swedens electro pop duo that had huge success here in 2006 with their debut album that contained hits like ‘Drop the Bomb’ and ‘Sexy’. They had heavy rotation on floors, radios and tv over here. Well, cat5 is on ice for now while members Hanna and Christina are experimenting with solo projects. Hanna Lovisa makes mellow pop songs with lovely melodies and soothing vocals giving a somewhat eerie, dreamy feel to them, and i like. She has two tracks in her player that you really have to listen to, ‘If You’ and ‘Eye to Eye’ are both outstanding.
So is this remix by Oh, The Ashes! I dont’ know who this person is but damn, this is a quality remix, had it for repeat most of today and yesterday. Just loving it.

Time for Mustard Pimp to do an entrance to Dödselectro!
A lot of you readers have probably heard about them earlier on other blogs. But just in case some of you haven’t, we can tell you this; Mustard Pimp are two frenchies with the pseudonyms eKa and baRon that produce those kind of tracks that really urges to not stand still. Their sound really reminds of Stereoheroes, but I guess thats because of those two duos are really tight friends.
And now they got a new EP on the way that they have named Cherry & Kiwi, and this one will be released digitaly on 1th May (Now you swedes got two things to be excited about for that day!).
To promote this, they have put together a small promotion-video on the tube and well, here ya go:
