This seems a bit weird, but according to Beatport the latest Evil Nine EP came out about one and half month ago. Yet there have been no bloggers who have picked it up and we just got a mail from Bad Life minutes ago. So even if we focus on posting about fresh stuff, I’ll just put a blind eye to the releasedate and make a exception here. Cause this is a good one we don’t want you to miss out on.
Update: Got a reason for why it’s been out so long, which makes it all logical: “Just so you know the reason why it has been out so long…. its because we like to have the tracks available to buy well before the official release date…just so if you hear it on the radio or in a club you can get it straight away…but then we have a ‘press release date’ that we work towards as the official release…”

Evil Nine, the duo who have brought us classics like They Live, are here now with Little Prince/Roar EP, an extremelly good techno-release who all should pick up. It’s been given good support by some of the biggest names in the scene (including us!). When I think of it, labeling it as techno seems so weird since the sound is having so many influences from here there so it’s hard to label it as just one genre.
