Last year when I discoverd Overthrills NLLR Exclusive Mixtape, I thought to myself “This is it, this must be the best mixtape of all times” since it had so many tracks and a lot of them mashed-up and getting those to new dimensions. Since then, I have listened to many mixtapes by many producers and dj’s but no one nearly as good as that one. But now I can honestly say it’s been beat way hard by Loo & Placido!

This masked duo hails from Paris, France (Why am I not suprised?) and has been dj’ing and mashing up tracks since 1999. They have just released their latest mixtape called Electronic Popstar Killers, and I got one thing to say to you all: It will blow your mind!
The mix contains 42 mashups that they have done themselves and it’s… Two hours long! Yeah, I know it seems to be at bit long. But when I listened to it, that time kinda went by fast and had me raising the volume bit by bit all the time since it’s f**king good. And what really makes me glad with this mix is that it contains so friggin many unexpected tracks that I wouldn’t dream of hearing in any kind of similar mixtapes.
