Mashepest.

These two tracks I’m about to present have gone warm in my headphones for about two weeks now. Let’s talk minimal disco house, with chopped up vocals, delightful synthesizers and a scent of folk. Add a little filtered french touch, arpeggios and that retro feel. It’s all crafted and blended to perfection. I give it up to the discohands for introducing me to Mashepest! I totally agree with them that this truly is an upcoming producer (from the UK) that has all the potential getting big, cause this is massive, and quite unique.Andy Smith is the guy behind Mashepest, and he totally hooked me with his sounds. ‘Technical Hitch’ and ‘So Young’ are both favourites of mine, and I’m eagerly awaiting more. Here they are for your listening pleasure, along with a brand new track called ‘Forest’ I just got from him.

Just feel these tunes and head over to his myspace and listen to even more! And feel free to spread the word about him, he deserves it.
