PH Groove.

It really seems like Canada is the new France nowadays, brilliant producers just keep coming our way and my latest discovery is Peter Hecher aka PH Groove. He runs his label Tonite Records where another canadian by the name of FM Attack previously featured here is having his debut album released soon. More about that, later. Not only does Peter run his own label, he makes modernized retro grooves like no one else and these 320’s I’m sharing with you all are freshly mastered for this post. A beautiful mixture of french filter and nu-italo, magically synthesizer driven.Audio clip: Adobe Flash Player (version 9 or above) is required to play this audio clip. I really like this distinct Canadian sound growing more and more, spreading new different vibes. PH Groove is a perfect example of this and I absolutely love it! Visit his myspace for more stunning grooves, along with a few realeases you can buy from beatport! and remember to show him some love.

Its working fine with this! The Energize The Disco track is actually a remix of Tribal Stomp by Psychic Interface. German Italo synth from 1986 check it out!

Yes definitely should be labeled as Tribal Stomp Remix or rework. Love the blog btw!

i guess over almost 75% of popular french disco house tracks should be called reworks or re-edits?

Thats probably right, and this is a very obvious case. Think Tribal Stomp should get some cred here, the track exists even if its from 1986.
