Renegade.
TIme to announce a new discovery from Sweden! This time we have the duo Renegade, right out of the oven! They have just been active one month and during that month, they have managed to produce a couple of tracks that will make you go “wow” as an effect of both having a long time of experience producing beats.
Here to share we have two tracks: Pilot and Convict, and both of these do really deserve you fullest attention. On my end, they took me back to the time when I first heard Danger, Revolte and the Ed Banger crew.

What makes him Danger look-a-like is beat grid, 8 bit arpeggios, the danger’s synth that make you feel in danger (3:01 on Pilot, long mysterious note, going really fast at times), a bright brass coming time to time on kick and some well placed kick / snare.
Really enjoying it.

Musically pretty strong! Not so good production-wise but I’m sure they will develop to the better the coming years.
