once again, Valerie hosts 2 new tracks by this genius from Leeds. I’m talking about the Cleef, EVC ; Edwin Van Cleef. Presenting his latest magic, ‘Overtaken’ and an excelent remix of ProCons ‘Delia’. Unique to the Cleef sound is this outer space melancholy driven by the sidechaining beat that keeps on pumping til the end. Add a chick and a one liner and you got an electro disco track that fucking rocks. Nobody does it like him.I’m really looking forward to an official Edwin release. He is one of my favourite producers right now. In the last post about him I described him as Rex the Dog VS Fear of Tigers, all I have to say now is. YEAH man, you are an animal!
